Does the military still use the micro RONI carbine conversion kit?

For example, if the conversion kit is select fire (full auto) and have a detachable magasine, would it be a submachine gun/semi-auto carbine hybrid after converting the semi automatic pistol?

Based on the meta tactical apex conversion kit, why not either a semi-automatic rifle conversion kit or an assault rifle conversion kit with detachable a detachable magasine(5.56 NATO, 7.62 NATO), so that it could be a kind of combination gun once converting the semi-automatic pistol? Would the military use it?

In the other hand, the argument is that there isn’t a rational or moral basis for condemning a hit on an insurance executive.
