I'm trying to match the skin tones seen in this Dan Winters portrait. I understand the skin appears desaturated but I'm having trouble getting there. I've tried various approaches with selective color, color balance, curves adjustment layers, and individual channel editing, but haven't been able to achieve the look. I’ve attached Winters’ portrait of Hanks and a version of the image I’m looking to edit.

I'd also love to understand your general approach for matching skin tones from reference images - what's your workflow when you need to achieve a specific look like this?

Using latest & registered adobe PS.
Issue is that, I'm currently making LARGE work file, 10ftx12ft.
75ppi.

I have 32GB RAM.
Yet sometimes it causes my PS to have an error where I cant do anything & noticed while having that error causes my windows to disabled DRAG & DROP on my Windows 10.

If I close the PS, Drag and Drop will come back

CANT TYPE, RESIZE, MOVE, ETC. WHILE THAT ERROR IS UP

Tried replicating the tut that I saw on yt about color matching. Upon applying and doing some other modifications the image still feels off. Any tips?

I’m not the best but I know a few tricks. I removed some dirt, added an extra “o” to the to, and did some contrast/color adjustments.

I've been taking a Photoshop/ Graphic Design class for the past 6 months, and I'm finally creating some physical designs with it. This particular design is for myself, featuring my four favorite sports teams: the Vikings, 49ers, Bruins, and Lightning. (Yes, I know my team choices are a bit unusual!) I really enjoyed designing a phone case w/ various sports teams, and I'm considering starting a business to do this for others. I'd love your feedback on my design for future improvement. Thanks!

Hoping this community can help me out. I've been making gifs on Photoshop (installed on my Macbook Pro) for several years without any problems, but today I ran into a rather big one: while attempting to paste frames from one PSD onto the timeline of another (using "Select all frames" > "Copy frames" > "Paste frames" > "Paste after selection" and "link added layers" chosen) Photoshop crashed. I tried again, and it crashed again. Rinse and repeat several more times. I've never run into this bug before, and otherwise haven't had any glitches with these specific PSDs, so I'm at a loss as to what's happening. Nothing else on my computer seems to be affected when this occurs, and no other tools on Photoshop seem to trigger this issue (that I've seen, anyway).

Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

I have recently bought a subscription for adobe photo editor and i have also tried a free trial for adobe photoshop. A-lot of the options for what you can do seem the same. What is the difference and what would u say is better?
