is this dust or Mold?

any ideas? seems like a perfect circle with lots of little scratches and dings around it

Just today I noticed green powder coming up from underneath our livingroom floor. It only appears in two areas near at the wall + 1 other area at another nearby wall. Wife said she vacuumed it up the other day but now it has returned. Underneath our floor we have a layer of subflooring that (from memory) has that color. We haven't touched it, but in the 2nd image you can clearly see a clean area in the middle... Kind of weird and wondering if anyone has an idea what could cause this/how we can prevent this? Wife thinks it's an insect but I'm not sure since it's been cold for all month.

My daughter saw this when doing her weekly bathroom cleaning. Says it looks like dirt and had a tiny worm in it. My husband thought black mold, but would that have a texture like dirt … and grow that quickly? Any ideas other than clean it up and throw some bleach around?

Anyone have an educated guess, or experienced this? This is what the drain cover screen in my bathroom had in it today. Daily, there weird things like this, but this is a particularly full. I clean the screen daily, so this accumulated in 24 hours. I assume it's coming up from the drain pipe? Nothing like it would have been trying to go down from the sink basin, I think I would have seen something!? I'm having all kinds of health troubles that doctors can't diagnose lately 😕
