I've got a little personal project of growing some conifers from cuttings since September 2024. I check on them every couple weeks & they're growing well still but today I noticed these growing in with them. Any idea what they are? Are they baby conifers? Or something else? TIA

I don't know where it came from, but last pic is how it was originally planted. Then it was propped in a bigger pot with richer soil and got all wild and overgrown (nobody taking care of it for years) like you can see on pics 1 and 2. I would like to know what it is and how to make it look less messy!

I only see this in winter. I got one in previous year but couldn't save it. Is there any tips how to save this plant so that it regrow? And what is name of this flower plant? Tia

This photo was taken in a temple garden in Kyoto in November 2022. I think it is Callicarpa Japonica? Do you think we could grow a specimen this large in southern, coastal British Columbia or other Zone 5 areas of North America?

Mostly yellow with a bit of red/pink, very crunchy and “snappy”. Found in Athens.

The plant was hanging outdoors and the "leaves" (NOT leaves!) hung from all sides at least it appeared 18 inches (out of sight) of the photo). There was no height in the center of the plant. The hanging leaves (what would they be called?) were uniformly bright, almost a lime green.

The hangings from the pot were numerous (maybe 1-1.5 inches thick?) and had what LOOKED like soft "spines" the circumference from top to bottom, almost like a hedgehog's spines...just slightly wider at the base. These "spines" were very dense but did not stick out 90 degrees from the center, but lay down against each other, making rather fat ropy hangings.

This plant was nothing like anything I've seen here in the southeast, but I'm hoping since it's warm/hot/humid so much of the year I stand a chance at keeping one alive...if I can ID and find it.

Also, it you are familiar, suggestions on where to acquire?

I see these outside of my work and wondered if there edible

Beginner gardener here! So I had a rosemary plant that was dead months ago, and I saw a little plant that sprouted from this pot. I have no idea what this plant is and how it came to be. I'm just dying to know what suddenly spawned from this pot out of nowhere!

Can anyone help us identify this plant? I have had it for almost a year. The length of the branches have tripled in size almost. It is outgrowing the container I have it in. If I can figure out what kind of plant it is, I can look more into how to take care of/transplant it correctly. The last picture is around the time after I first got it.

I am assuming this is an indoor plant as it came with a plant pot but not sure…

I saw these for sale at a produce market in Phetchabun, Northern Thailand. None of the Thai "aunties" I was with knew what they were. Google Lens tells me it's asparagus. There were no growing plants for sale, only food.

Can I get some help identifying this plant? It has a singular stem and branches out. Today it was above ankle high, but new plants are close to the ground. It is slowly taking over my yard. Found in Santa Clarita Valley, CA
