He's so right. There's a suit at Bungo that got paid for this decision. More concerned with the next few months of $$ than the next few years of players.

I don't blame him, why the hell is it even called "starter pack"? it will confuse new players even more.

They've been digging their own grave for years now, first starting when they took D1's innocent Eververse shop and turned it into a monster in D2, then when they totally flopped with Curse of Osiris and Warmind, then when they decided to delete paid content permanently (fucking over players and their ability to tell a cohesive story), then when they decided to parcel out content for individual purchase when they used to be included in the price of a season, etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. They deserve nothing more than our bitterness - not our money, not our playtime, nothing.
