I read like half the comments and don't see anyone mentioning that.
Text on the first poster reads a bit weirdly because it says to report persons, who have any of the following in the possession and then lists "anyone with heterochromia" and "anyone with monocular vision".
So do we need to report people if they own another person who has these qualities?
Grammatically doesn't make much sense to me, imo should list just "heterochromia" and "monocular vision" without the word "anyone"
