I lost all my money and now I’m in debt. I was doing revenge trading, over trading, over sizing with zero risk management.

When I see my losses in USD: “not great, not terrible”

When I see the same losses in CAD: “DEAR GOD I WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO EARN THIS BACK”
