YOOO PG&E WTF Work & Housing

800sq foot apartment. 2 people. Are. You. Kidding. Me.

Called PG&E to tell them they made a mistake. They said “hmm no it looks like the meter is working fine. Nothing we can do, that’s the price.”

No appliance change. No lifestyle changes. And even if we had, how the F*CKK could a 1bd apartment create a $630 bill?? Also yes, the previous bill. On me for not checking our auto payments. Just assumed they wouldn’t be more than $120….!? Dumb assumption on my part

I hate PG&E.

I know it’s a hostile statement. But I think we can all agree an exception can be made for PG&E…

I’m in an 850 sqft apartment and the highest my bill has ever been was $130 during the summer. My bill from November was $75. Do you run the heat on 24/7 at 80 F or something? PG&E is trash, but I can’t comprehend how your bill is that high.

Before we had the smart meter the bills were cheaper. And they had people coming to check the meter then. So they had more worker. Why is it more expensive now.
I opt out of the smart meter for $350 and $30 a month but they don’t even come check the meter. I know becuse I have cameras. And when the did they came ever other month. They estimate every other month. They didn’t charge my gas off the smart meter. They say there technician can’t access the meter it’s too tight, well guess what how did you switch it out when u put the smart meter in dummy, no point arguing with lazy people. My bill still is high but I’m sure it’s not as high as when it wasn’t smart meter. Don’t have old bills to compare usage but do have a gross summery via email.
