Sighting 2 reddish orbs on a flight into JFK overlooking NJ

Time: 9:30pm Location: flight into JFK overlooking NJ

Saw these 2 reddish orbs on my flight from LV to JFK tonight 12/27 at around 9:30pm looking over NJ. I used an iPhone 14 Pro. Are they UAPs? Paper lanterns? Planes in a landing pattern? I've always looked up in the sky with a keen interest in airplanes, and I grew up playing different updated versions of flight simulator. When things look strange in the sky, I notice. I am very excited to capture more footage this week!

Discussion Guys, I think I've worked out what they are doing

3.2k Upvotes

For weeks, I’ve been digging into every piece of footage, every eyewitness account. I’ve been mapping the locations of the sightings, looking for patterns. And there is one. But it’s not what anyone expects. The drones aren’t hovering over nuclear missile silos or military installations. They’re appearing near data centers.

At first, it feels like a dead end. Why would an advanced intelligence care about our server farms? But the more I look, the stranger it gets. These aren’t just any data centers.

Take, for example, the Equinix NY4 data center in Secaucus, New Jersey. It’s a critical hub for Wall Street’s trading algorithms, but it also hosts cloud infrastructure used by AI researchers. Or the Microsoft data center in Quincy, Washington, which is known for its massive compute clusters running advanced machine learning models. Similar patterns emerge in Frankfurt, Germany, home to one of Europe’s largest colocation facilities, and London’s Docklands, where Amazon Web Services’ key European operations are located.

Even more striking, sightings have been reported near Nvidia’s headquarters in Santa Clara, California. They’re at the forefront of AI hardware, building GPUs that power some of the most advanced neural networks in existence. There’s also Google’s AI campus in Mountain View, where DeepMind and other divisions are pushing the boundaries of artificial intelligence.

I’m starting to piece together a map of these locations. Tokyo? There’s a major data center operated by NTT Communications that’s heavily involved in AI hosting. Rio de Janeiro? IBM’s Watson division has facilities nearby. Tehran? It’s harder to get clear data, but there are whispers of high-performance computing projects tied to their national research programs.

So here’s where it gets terrifying. If these drones are extraterrestrial—and let’s face it, nothing else fits—then they’ve seen this before. Not us, specifically, but civilizations like ours. They’ve watched as species reach this inflection point, the moment where their technological ambition outpaces their control. And they’re not here to disarm us. They’re here to protect us from what we’re building.

The implications are staggering. If these drones are targeting data centers, it means they’re taking proactive measures to stop AI development in its tracks. Maybe they’ve seen what happens when an advanced AI goes rogue. Maybe they’ve watched it spiral out of control, decimating civilizations, consuming resources, or turning on its creators. And maybe they’re here to save us from that fate. Maybe it always goes out of control? Maybe its a huge risk to the galactic order....

But here’s the kicker: what if we don’t listen? What if we mistake their actions for hostility, or refuse to relinquish our grip on this Pandora’s box we’ve opened? The thought is keeping me up at night.

Sighting I never believed until today

I was outside, grabbing stuff out the car after me and my husband went shopping for our daughter. It was just me and him, of course I saw it first and he didn't so he's been busting my chops since. I saw a freaking ufo and I couldn't believe it. I didn't even have a phone. The weird thing is you could see search lights after I spotted it. It had blueish green lights and it was definitely a ufo I feel crazy but I figured I'd join here and let others know.

I'm sorry I didn't believe any of you who did before, but now I know it's real.

This was captured with a home security camera that I deliberately pointed up a the sky after two days of sightings coming in from all around Jersey. Full disclosure, I’ve been a sUAV operator for the better part of 12 years now, and had been flying my drone in the exact same spot (my driveway) about an hour before this capture occurred. In the video you see a ball of light fly into frame, slowly approach the the area where the camera is, back up, hover for about 30 seconds only to fly back in for another look then fly out of frame. The intention of this post is not to make any sort of claims, but rather to share and open up a discussion.

Time: 12/19/2024 10:00PM EST Location: Fremont, NC.

What’s up guys… Saw this shit all over the sky around Fremont NC on Dec 19th, roughly 1000pm, traveling southbound on 795.

At first I thought it could have been a spotlight… then the amount of movement, height of the lights, and distance covered gave me the impression it’d be impossible for this ‘light’ to be coming from a stationary point on the ground. The zip-in in the beginning and triple zip-out at the end spooked me. wtf is that?

My bad on the shit video focus… I was just pointing my phone in the general direction I was staring at.

Side note - pretty sure Seymour Johnson AFB is close to where I saw all this shit. Any news or sightings of weird phenomena out in this area?

Discussion Daniel Sheehan: "I had a long conversation with a Senator, and I recommended him to meet with Senator Tom Cotton (new head of Senate Intelligence Committee) to get them to reintroduce the UAP Disclosure Act, the entire 64-page bill". So the UAPDA is still not dead.

Posted by Daniel Sheehan on X:

I had a long conversation with a United States Senator who called and I recommended that he go visit with Senator Tom Cotton, who is now going to be the new head of the Senate Intelligence Committee, to get them to reintroduce Senate Bill 2226 that was passed by the United States Senate in 2023, setting out the 64-page bill, to set up an entire set of protocols for a Controlled Disclosure process that would reveal all of the information on UFOs/UAP that exists.

Also contains a video of the interview.

So this UAP Disclosure Act is still not dead. Even though it did not get added as an amendment to the NDAA, it seems there are other ways to get this bill passed.

But I have no idea how stuff works in Congress, whether this actually increases the likelyhood of it being passed, or that its a desperate death rattle.

Who knows more about this?

The UAP Disclosure Act

Last year Chuck Schumer said this about the UAPDA:

The American public has a right to learn about technologies of unknown origins, non-human intelligence, and unexplainable phenomena

The 64-page bill can be read here (pdf). Some quotes:

NON-HUMAN INTELLIGENCE: The term "non-human intelligence" means any sentient intelligent non-human lifeform regardless of nature or ultimate origin that may be presumed responsible for unidentified anomalous phenomena or of which the Federal Government has become aware.

LEGACY PROGRAM: The term "legacy program" means all Federal, State, and local government, commercial industry, academic, and private sector endeavors to collect, exploit, or reverse engineer technologies of unknown origin or examine biological evidence of living or deceased non-human intelligence that pre-dates the date of the enactment of this Act.

QUALIFICATIONS: Except as provided in subparagraph (B), a person appointed to the staff of the Review Board shall be a citizen of integrity and impartiality who has had no previous or current involvement with any legacy program or controlling authority relating to the collection, exploitation, or reverse engineering of technologies of unknown origin or the examination of biological evidence of living or deceased non-human intelligence.

I heard this boom yesterday morning and assumed it came from the quarry near me. Then I saw this article reporting that it was heard by folks in a 40 mile radius... The Air Force Base reported that they had no activity at this time according to the article. For the sound to cover that range, it would have to come from the sky. Makes me wonder. What do you all think?

Discussion Where is Jacques Vallée?

I’ve been revisiting Jacques Vallée’s Passport to Magonia lately, and honestly, I can’t stop thinking about how far ahead of his time he was. It’s almost eerie. In 1969, Vallée was already suggesting that UFOs – or “the phenomenon” weren’t just extraterrestrial crafts, but something more elusive. Something that shapeshifts, not just in form, but in meaning.

He drew connections between modern sightings and ancient folklore, suggesting that what people once called faeries or angels might just be the same entities showing up today as glowing orbs or drones.

He had this idea that the phenomenon adapts to fit our cultural lens; like it shows up in whatever form we’re capable of understanding at the time. In the 1800s, they were airships. In the 1950s, they were silver saucers. And now? Orbs, drones, and plasma anomalies caught on high-res cameras.

So… where is Jacques Vallée now?

I can’t help but wonder what he makes of all this, the declassified videos, the social media wave that has people dissecting every blurry clip from their backyard. There’s this collective knowing now, or at least a curiosity that’s louder than ever. The conversations are shifting, and governments are starting to talk without completely talking. Is this the “slow leak” disclosure some people have been predicting?

And if it is… is this part of the phenomenon’s trickster nature too? Is the drip-feed itself just another layer to keep us chasing shadows, thinking we’re getting closer?

Vallée often warned against viewing UFOs too literally. He thought it was more than nuts-and-bolts technology and that the phenomenon might be interacting with consciousness itself. Now that we’re in this weird space where people are filming orbs with their iPhones and posting them online like it’s a Tuesday, I can’t help but feel like Vallée saw this coming.

If anyone has insight into the why now of it all, it’s him.

So seriously… Jacques, if you’re out there, we need you to weigh in.

Discussion Overwhelming Amount of Activity

Aside from the endless attempts of debunkers, there is far too much activity happening in a short span of time to write it off as mundane. Orbs, 'drones' they can't supposedly do anything about, spotlights that don't act like normal spotlights, multiple times the activity I would normally see on this boards happening in multiple states and multiple countries. Something is happening. And talking with doubters, they are willing to write it off to our government or Elon (or his brother) or other corporate entities. Well... if forces outside our control continue their disclosure process, it don't matter what the government or other people think. It will come to light regardless;.

I've been following this subject for 40 years. This is different. These are not planes, drones, Venus, spotlights, or other explainable phenomena. I mean.. some of it is, because people are posting every speck of light they see. But something is happening. Debunkers are ignoring the sightings they can't easily explain away (like the Portland sighting where the lights were doing something you could not blame on Starlink), and only attacking stuff that is not 100% provable. Just enjoy the ride. I won't ever feel the need to say "I told you so" or feel like this finally the proof I was waiting for. I only would like some validation, for myself. I think those who are completely dismissive (even Mick), just don't want to accept the truth for their own reasons. I will offer support as I can to those folks, no need to be condensing or "Haha!" to those people imo.

I used to think this perhaps NHI or government activities, but I longer think that. The only thing that remains.. is will they decide we are ready and will reveal themselves, or go back into hiding until we are?

Discussion This is a Chinese Lantern

I saw a post here recently asking if somebody would upload an image of a verified Chinese lantern for comparison.

Here you go. This picture was taken by myself in Seattle Washington in 2019 in the evening. These lanterns are relatively low and over the water still.

https://preview.redd.it/8muh51m21f9e1.jpg?width=4032&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=ebd9103eaf4aa9af165bce551f0bc9a6af60f7e0

This photo was taken over Salmon Bay facing South/Southeast.

I recall as they gained elevation and drifted away, they became tiny pinpricks of light. Definitely NOT big glowing orbs on the horizon line. We had to be very close to them to see them as bright orbs.

Clipping My favorite coulthart moment

Post image
82 Upvotes

This is probably one of my favorite Ross Coulthart call outs.

This is was hilarious and astounding that it had me questioning reality and squealing with glee.

1) Golden orbs are spotted flying in formations hot at high altitude in Tehran 2) Iran's reaction is to SHUT DOWN THE ENTIRE AIRPORT. 3) They then continue to shutdown the city due to air pollution for a week (i believe this part). 4) after all this, they release findings of their official investigation. Illuminated helium balloons. From an industrial company nearby having a celebration.

Seems like a bit of an overreaction or else someone's not telling the truth...

Saw this weird and very colorful sparkling light, it was moving slightly before and as you can see it was suddenly surrounded by flying red dots. Even used my binoculars to get a better view, but well that just made the lights shinier and appear in some patterns, guess it's just ni telescope. Any explanation is very welcomed.

I tried to zoom in and out to show the night sky, surroundings and sight conditions. Hope it helps.

Podcast Tim Burchett talks about NJ Drones and things he's heard about UAP in general during private meetings

New interview with Tim Burchett by The Hannibal TV.

-He says he thinks some of the drones might be China because some of the parts on them are Chinese-made.

-He says a former high-ranking NASA employee said that orbs defy what they've been taught about how things work.

-He thinks NASA knows something, because they've studied [the orbs], but won't share anything.

-Grusch hasn't been in a scif with congress members to tell them what he knows yet.

-He's stopped going to classified briefings because they just tell him what he already knows from what is publicly available, but because he is briefed on it in a scif, he can't talk about it anymore in public.

Discussion Beyond Conventional Physics: A NASA funded podcast episode with Dr. Hal Puthoff that discusses reverse engineering UAP | Analysis by u/efh1

The Ecosystemic Futures Podcast, which is sponsored by NASA's Convergent Aeronautics Solutions Project, had an episode titled "Beyond Conventional Physics: Extended Electrodynamics, Lattice Confinement Fusion, Zero-Point Energy and Advanced Propulsion" with Hal Puthoff among the participants as well as many others.

Another user shared the episode, but I wanted to highlight some details because my previous research touches on these topics. It's very interesting how openly they are discussing using UAP as an archetype to allow more ambitious and out of the box research as well as UAP as evidence that we may have observed some speculative theoretical technologies that have already been developed by someone/something. This is the pragmatic kind of approach I've been advocating for years. This is how you "reverse engineer" without even getting your hands on anything anomalous. You simply work backwards from anomalous reports and use the most advanced out of the box ideas available to help you fill in the gaps. Then you start testing and building to see if you could be onto something.

It's a long podcast at over 3 hours. I listened to it twice and took notes. I can't cover everything, but lots of interesting stuff stood out to me and that's what I will cover mostly in chronological order.

Fusion

The guests are presented as the leading experts in energy and aerospace. The interviewer has a background in finance funding technology related to these sectors. The very first person introduced is Larry Forsley of Global Energy Corporation (GEC) and he discusses lattice confinement fusion (LCF) research he's done with NASA. Louis Dechiaro of Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head is also introduced and discusses low energy nuclear reactions (LENR.) Dechiaro brings up coupled Maxwell Heavyside equations or what others refer to as extended electrodynamics (EED.) I've covered the work of these people before. "Some members of GEC also hold a 2003 patent for “System and method for generating particles” which basically claims transmutation and is assigned to the Navy and JWK international Corp. JWK is affiliated with SPAWAR. The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) is now called NAVWAR and in 2009 they apparently boasted 20 years of researching LENR." You can learn more about this in this article titled, "Why is the DOE funding cold fusion?"

Later in the episode, Forsley explains that when he became aware of EED he wanted to see if it could change conditions for lattice confinement fusion and found that it does and also for conditions found in tokamaks used for conventional hot fusion. He elaborates that lasers, magnetic mirrors, tokamaks are all too big and are fusion approaches that can't be commercialized (something I've also been saying for years.) This is why he looked into LCF because it would allow for small compact fusion reactors which have an easier path to commercialization. He says that they are looking into using it to melt ice such as on Europa. [I can't help myself and have to interject that one could also melt ice in Antarctica if one wanted to. I cover how Antarctica is a hot bed of interest here, here, and here. You may understand the potential link after reading those articles.] Later on, he even claims that collogues in the UK have already made LCF into a commercial product to produce medical radio isotopes for medicine. It sounds like he's making it clear that LCF is already being commercialized as a technology. The theory is that the nuclear reactions are not actually cold or low energy, but that the heating is incredibly localized on a small scale and that trapping the atoms in the lattice also lowers the required energy for fusion via electron screening. This is how fusion is happening under conditions once believed to be impossible because it was "too cold" to be possible.

Extended Electrodynamics (EED)

There is also a lot of discussion of EED and how it was actually first discovered in the 1920's or earlier. They explain it as scalar and vector potentials that have no associated electromagnetic fields but do have measurable quantum effects. Essentially, potentials in the equations normally ignored as having no practical applications are thought of as very real and treated as fields that could under the right circumstances produce measurable forces. These forces could be used for communication through media such as water, plasma or even solid objects because there are no interactions like those associated with conventional electromagnetic fields. (I find this fascinating as I've proposed a way to make the vacuum balloon work using plasma and one thing, I never worked out was how to communicate through the plasma for it to operate.) In the discussion there are reports of Russian colleagues that have allegedly moved objects at a distance using EED.

I think a guest named Phil Lentz (?) discusses experiments he believes shows that space-time can be modified. Discussion that there are pulsar anomalies as well as anomalies in acceleration when we use gravity assist for space probes that suggest we need to rework some ideas. There is discussion about generating gravity waves in the lab using a wave guide and a small-scale LIGO is being built.

Puthoff discusses the possibility that blue shift of space-time metric engineering technology could cause material bonds to blue shift which would make material go into water and land by making it as if it were butter. I think he's saying if you blueshift the bonds of the material of the craft that it could become so hard that it makes other materials behave like butter in comparison.

Consciousness and Detecting UAP

Puthoff also discusses EED could expand to consciousness if there are quantum processes associated with the human brain, which is something that has been put forward by Roger Penrose in the form of microtubules acting like quantum detectors. This is a potential explanation for psi phenomena as there would be a way for scalar potential waves to interact with the human body.

Puthoff claims a cheap broadband spectrometer that looks for nitrogen signature could prove a UAP is using space-time metric engineering. This is because the blue shift in the atmosphere should make the nitrogen in the atmosphere turn to plasma. He thinks a blue shifted blackbody spectrum from the heat signature would prove its using space-time metric engineering. However, another guest mentions doing the same to detect nuclear radiation so I'm a little confused as to if this method is the proof Puthoff claims it would be.

More EED

Someone mentions Dyatlov's work on the vacuum. He claims former senator of Armed Services Committee Kirk McConnel has referenced this work. I think this is the work they are speaking about.

They discuss potential for faster than light communication. Puthoff mentions that Urban says vacuum fluctuations induce effects on light over time and discusses how this could be used to change the speed of light itself. [This almost sounds like a potential explanation for the tired light theory, which is related to cosmology and if it was substantiated would allow steady state model theory to flourish once again. (No Big Bang, instead an eternal Universe dominated by plasma physics.)] Puthoff later expands that from an engineering perspective you are changing the permeability of space to engineer the speed of light.

Chase says energy density is key to space-time metric engineering. He discusses some spark gap experiments that he thinks made gravity waves. This reminds me of Ken Shoulders, but he doesn't mention the name nor elaborate much on the work. He says that he is about to try to publish in a journal and that the work was supported by the NSF.

Anomalous Material

Richard Banduric claims that he's been pulled into classified programs and concluded that the technology is not US government. He discusses his own work using longitudinal forces in conductors to generate a force in nanoparticles. Says some of the materials use cylindrical antennae for electro-scalar radiation. Mentions large triangular UAP were projecting what's behind them on the front as a method of concealment. He claims that he has seen smart material that would turn to dust when tried to analyze it and were composed of particles that seemed to be able to communicate with each other. He said that they could cloak and reconfigure and speculates there could be trillions of these. He mentions heating a sample to 3k degrees and it cooled the surface around itself and lost mass. He also claimed the isotopic analysis showed it was extraterrestrial.

I have to point out that the statement that anomalous isotopes means it's extra-terrestrial is not entirely true. That is one interpretation, but anomalous isotopes have another potential explanation in anomalous transmutation, which is an area of research connected to LENR. So, there is a potential nuclear explanation, and I still can't understand why a group that looks into both UAP and LENR can't seem to make this connection.

I read the DIRD on programmable matter after listening to the podcast episode. It mentions creating a Peltier junction with programmable matter. This is a device that can create extreme temperature differentials using electricity or generate electricity from extreme temperature differentials. Perhaps it was using this phenomenon. He also mentioned that it lost mass after this. To me, this is a potential indicator of transmutation. Unless it vaporized some material, perhaps it utilized an unacknowledged nuclear process for thermal regulation/energy scavenging and was forced to lose some mass in the process. This is the kind of future technology paths that DIRD discusses just without any mention of nuclear processes.

Puthoff Recommendations

Other than the other recommendations Puthoff makes earlier in the conversation, he also mentions Bernard Haisch has a patent for zero point energy extraction but needs funding for the work. I think this is the patent. Puthoff is pressed to make some closing statements, and he ends by explaining that stigma is often something that has a black program behind it. He is basically suggesting that stigma in some research areas may be artificial because it's the topic of a black program that doesn't want you to take the work seriously.
