New Years Eve
Happy New Year everyone. Are there any events or shows at any of the local Pubs and bars tonight to ring in the New Year?

What kind of vehicle do you need to drive on FSR from Squamish to Indian arm?
I am trying to assess what kind of vehicle one needs to drive from Squamish to the Indian arm.
Do I need a serious off-roader ( Rubicon, Bronco ) or any SUV with all-wheel drive will do?
Can you do it on a regular road truck like RAM 1500 Sport?

Vestibular physiotherapist
The ER doctor in Squamish recommended my elderly dad see a vestibular physiotherapist for his vertigo. He said there is someone in town who specializes in treating vertigo but wouldn’t or couldn’t give their name. Does anyone know who it is? Thanks in advance.

Indoor storage
Have our truck camper that has seen better days in all of this rain. Anyone know of a good option for storing it inside for the winter? Ideally temperature controlled but would be good to have a 12v to heat it up once in a while as well. Open to storage facilities or personal garages of people looking to make some cash. $$

Snow at Diamond Head Parking/Elfin Lakes
Hi,
Has anyone been recently and can give an idea of the snow situation? I am interested to know if snow has reached the parking lot and if the conditions are decent to return to the car on Skis without too many rocks or debris.
Thanks!

Hypocrites in the Climbing Community Opposing Paid Parking
The climate change is ruining the world, the anti-LNG green voting block, the vegans and all the other hippies that constitute the climbing community should be celebrating this small move towards sustainability. Instead there's angers, petitions, etc. I guess you mean you want OTHERS to do something about climate change, so long as it doesn't affect you personally, huh?
Paid parking in the Smoke Bluffs encourages car-pooling, reduces strain on scarce resources and ends a subsidy to driving over other forms of transportation. It's also beneficial to tax payers, as we're no longer subsidizing free parking for tourists coming to climb.
I find the hypocrisy jarring and can't take any of you people seriously anymore.

Purolator rant
So I missed a delivery on Tuesday from Purolator as I was in the shower. It’s a new laptop. I now have no idea where it is! Purolator site not updated since Tuesday when it says ‘exception - receiver not available’. WTF Purolator? Where is my laptop?! No attempted redelivery. No option to pick it up. I can’t get hold of a person on their customer service - it just keeps redirecting me to their bot which is less than useless!? I called Best Buy who sent it and they couldn’t help.
I mean I know you’re busy Purolator due to the CP strike and the holiday period but seriously….
Anyone have any idea how to get my item???

Big landslide over highway in Lions Bay
Huge landslide covering both sides of the highway, we were less than 1km when it happened. Will probably take quite a few hours to clear up, don't go up or down! We did a u-turn southbound just after Tunnel Point.

Do I really need my tickets printed for the polar express ride
I don't have a printer and just saw on their website that they want the tickets printed. I tried calling but can't speak to an actual operator. Has anyone been there recently?

YVR to Squamish - late-night/early-morning options
Hey rSquamish
What are the best options to get to Squamish if your flight lands around 1am?
Waiting for the next Skylynx is doable but crappy.
Uber says $150 - anyone done it? Will a driver pick up the trip?
Anyone tried a taxi that can share how much it cost?
Thanks!
