Ok, some of this is straight up Captain Obvious quotes but anyway...
Anyone who thinks it is "interesting to see" racism "coming out of the woodwork" from the right needs to rethink the bubble they live in. Perhaps also consider the totality instead of just how things affect themselves for a change? One-issue vote against "meritocracy" has condemned millions of people in the same racial demo- brown people of origins outside the nativist anglo dome- to a world of hurt and probably are endangering themselves to boot.
It was always "fuck you, Brownie". Not sure why they don't see that, as smart as they are (or think they are).
And where the fuck do they see a "meritocracy" at in America? Most of our celebs are nepo babies. The two biggest players - Trump and Leon - inherited their money from racists who took advantage of a biased system.
I know what the American dream was supposed to be, but everyone woke up from that shit about 40 years ago.
It's a common attitude amongst the Indian / Asian American professional upper middle class.
Many of them believe they were rewarded because they were the rule following "good immigrants" so they think the racist chuds in the MAGA movement will welcome them with open arms.
