I’m looking to take my assessment/physical with Mazda Toyota soon. And was wondering what to expect/difficulty? I’m no weight lifter but I can lift a decent amount of weight.

I was home visiting the folks for the holidays and noticed that my parents house is in need of work. But I'm not local anymore so I can't fix it myself.

Can any of you kind souls recommend someone who is capable of repairing the wood rot and gutters in the picture and/or repainting the side of the house?

Hi! Where would you go in Huntsville or the surrounding areas (within a two hour drive) for an engagement ring? Preferably a small business versus a big retailer, but willing to look at all ideas.

Any good affordable shops I can get a car inspection at? I went to express oil for an oil change and they were honest and said I had a leak, although minor, and advised that I get that checked before an oil change. I didn't want to go through them, I figured their inspection would be over priced, any reccs?

I'm doing a big new year's clean and have alot of old glass and ceramic coffee mugs I want to throw away. I'm not crafty and don't want to upcycle them into flower pots :-) -- I want them out of the house, but feel bad about putting them in the garbage. Does anyone know of any companies that handle construction and demolition debris that accept ceramics/glass for crushing and reuse for things like roadbed material or landscaping?

Every year for the past couple of years I’ve said “hey, we should get a snow shovel,” and then we don’t. So I’m trying to be proactive this year.

I want a legit blade style one, not just the scoop shovels most places around here have.

It doesn’t look like Lowe’s or HD have any but the scoop shovels. Is there another place around that carries real snow shovels?

Ok, i just saw that it was fenced off like its about to get bulldozed, i dont go into madison much. I want to know how much the guy bought it from ("Jimmy"/David) because i know 15 years ago he said he would never sell , not even for 500k dollars, which was a lot in 2005 . But we know it did sell eventually because it became the pony too , so i wonder if he got 501k for it, and also i want to know how much the new owner got paid from the city so they could tear it down because they cant have such a place of sin in such a swanky area, 1 million?.... more??? 1.5 million? .........

I have a 2-year-old female Corgi who struggles with aggression and reactivity toward other dogs. While she hasn’t had any aggressive incidents in public—-her worst behavior there is barking—-she has gotten into fights with her sweet 8-year-old male Pomeranian housemate on multiple occasions. The last fight was without any observed trigger. Thankfully, she is muzzle trained, but she is so unpredictable and there is a general sense of anxiety about her around other dogs.

Additionally, she has severe food aggression and tends to resource guard toys.

I love her deeply and could never give her up, but I’m concerned about the safety of the other dog in my household. She just started Prozac this week, and I’ve been told that obedience training will also be crucial.

I'm looking for dog trainers specializing in aggression with positive reinforcement local to Huntsville.

there were about 8 cops, a firetruck, and an ambulance at the walgreens on whitesburg (i took this pic as they were all leaving). they turned their outside signage lights off shortly after they got there. anyone know what happened?
