Real talk. Have you considered that your health might be helped by reducing the sugar intake? I don't claim to know what your heart condition is from. Or your insomnia. But I also know that sugar is a major contributor to these kinds of health problems. You could try getting the cold brew black coffees and just adding milk..

Yes, I’ve been cutting back for about 2 years now. I used to drink way more.

Haha, I’m proud of how much I’ve cut back, but I’m not sure I’m ready to cut it off yet. I was drinking 6-8 a day before but it was bad then, it’s not as bad now. But I haven’t tried to cut back anymore since I got here.

Have you spoken with a doc, especially wrt the caffeine/heart/adhd? Adhd meds (particularly non stimulants) might actually help a good bit reducing your “need” for caffeine and be better overall.

Yes we’ve been working on plans to help, gonna get there soon I think 🙌🏻 rn we’re working on a 6 month plan!
