Homeless broke our complex hot tub

Our hot tub was broken for a few days, and we all chalked it up to maintanence not doing their job and something else broke. That was indeed not the case.

THE CASE: A homeless man had jumped the fence, dumped soap all in it and was bathing himself in it, making it a bubble bath.

Someone dumps soap in the salmon fountain in the park blocks a few times a year. Don’t know if they bathe in it, or it’s just a little vandalism.
