I think it's more likely because the beginning of her surname is a slur

I thought that too at first…but it lets me use just the first four letters of her last name surprisingly, if the first name is different. It’s definitely her name that is banned.

I uploaded it as “Eugenia Cutie” because it rhymes and she is adorable even though I seriously wish she would recover.
