I need awnsers

I’ve been vaping for about 3 years and smoking carts and weed for a year and I’m starting to get a consistent crunchy cough. It also sometimes hurts to lay down because my chest feels crushing pain. Is this any signs of illnesses or diseases?

A needle has been in my arm 3(yrs)

Should I be worried about it rusting or turning into something tragic? I have never told doctors about this. I feel fine and when I do blood work //they never tell me anything negative.

Basically what I’m asking is will this turn into something that can kill me one day? It hasn’t bothered for the last 3 years. I can move my arm freely. The idea of surgery wigs me out

Norovirus

Hello, all. I have Norovirus. I have the projectile vomiting, the diarrhea, and exhaustion. Does anyone else have the intense pain in your body? Like, my organs feel swollen and close to rupturing. Every time I cough, laugh, sneeze, or sometimes breathe too heavily, my whole torso erupts into agony. My legs are aching, too. Anyone else have that? If so, what did you do for it? Any help whatsoever is appreciated.

What’s the Best Diet or Eating Habit You’ve Adopted for Better Health?

I’ve been trying to focus more on my health with my New Year resolution, but there are so many diets and eating habits out there—it’s overwhelming! Some people recommend intermittent fasting, while others say balanced meals and workouts are the way to go.

Personally, I’m looking for something sustainable, not a quick fix. What’s worked for you? Can someone recommend a specific diet or simple eating habits that can genuinely make me feel better, both physically and mentally? I’d love to hear about your experiences or tips. I need some honest opinions to make better choices!
