A blizzard unlike any other

in an unusual turn of events a massive blizzard has appeared from seemingly nowhere overnight despite the predictions from diviners and weathermen alike. The blizzard has made most forms of travel impossible due to the high winds and snow.

A wizard in warm turquoise robes, trudges through the snow. A steaming pot of hot chocolate being pulled behind him by spectral hands. “I know this village has to around here”

the blizzard makes seeing ahead difficult but soon enough you manage to spot what looks like smoke in the horizon

Once the village is found. I will go door by door, offering hot chocolate. If a house has only frozen people in it, then I will mark the door. Once I’ve been to each door, I will find a spot where a market place might have once been. I will set up shelter here with warmth and hot chocolate. This all assuming nothing or one interrupts me.

many of the doors are blocked off by large piles of snow

“It’s times like these, where it pains me to have slept through pyromancers 101.” “Dang snow. Making spell casting so hard. I really should learn less spells that need hand gestures” I spend an hour or so summoning a bramble of bones to start clearing all the snow from door ways.

eventually the doors are cleared off

I un-summon the previous bone brambles. I begin to insulate a shop. Then I make bond fire, out of bones. Big ones, but fresh and not looking like any bone from anything living. They produce heat. They don’t produce much light and aren’t as hot as an actual fire the same size. Any heat helps. “This might be bad” I ring a bell

only some people dare to come and investigate the ringing Bell you take notice of the fact that none of them are wearing clothes designed for this level of cold

I encourage them to grab a cup of hot chocolate. Then to return home. Also to tell as many people as they can about the pot of hot chocolate. I leave the pot of hot chocolate where it was. I then start to make trips to house to give them some

many houses welcome you. Yet some still remain closed and blocked off
