Anyone know what this ring might be worth?

Prong settings didn’t exist in the first century (or were hyper rare) and didn’t become common until the Victorian era. The stone cut looks old-world but the condition and photos are working in tandem to obscure anything more from me. Old-world, not ancient. Easier to say what it’s not than what it is.
