Any idea when the hysperian intel battlecruiser will be added to some form of lockbox or store? And if so, which one? I missed it last year :(

It would likely be in Mudd's Market. As for when, well the Cnidarian was released in summer 2022 and went into Mudd's Christmas 2023, the T6 Risian Cruiser was 2021 and went in summer 2023, so it could be anywhere between 6-12 months from now (or longer, and it all depends on what DECA want to do going forwards).
