When they cut to external shots of SB80 I keep hearing ST4:TVH space probe screeching sounds

I'm pretty sure the first external shot of SB80 we see had a musical cue from Wrath of Khan. I'm guessing the other external shots had musical cues from other Trek films/series?

I was wondering the same thing. On purpose? Easter egg? Both? We need to know

Looking at the opening credits "battle scenes".

S1 - Romulans vs Borg

S2 - Romulans vs Borg vs Pakled (I think those purple ships yes?)

S3 - the above plus Klingon Birds of Prey and the Crystalline Entity

S4 - the above plus the Voyage Home Probe ship. (with audio effects)

S5 - the green hand from Who Mourns for Adonais? plus a Tholian Web

So the Voyage Home Probe Ship wasn't unique to Series 5.
Annoying.

Is Starbase 80 secretly a Farpoint Station Alien ?
