Squatting in London

I know someone who would like to get into squatting in London and I was wondering where they should start. Specifically, I was wondering if there were any places in London where they could squat? If not, how would they be able to find a safe place to squat? And where should they get advice on squatting? Thank you!

I came here to say the same. I squatted in London for maybe 7 or 8 years and 56a was the place to go to meet people
