I think the decade technically ends next year but it is a great shot. Last of the 2010s.

correct~ there was no year zero.

decade 1 = 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 (10 yrs)

best decade: 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000

Well lets think about this, 1 AD January 1st cant be the first day of AD, you know why, if so, that means that we decided to skip an entire year. Picture your first days, you are not 1 from the start, you are 0 and it takes a year to reach that. There ya go.
