Chief Mistawasis bridge and roadway Traffic/Road Conditions 🚧

We drove from the north end to Evergreen Square this afternoon while it was snowing. The bridge and roadway, which is maintained by Graham Construction, was plowed and sanded, we passed the plow truck. As soon as we got to the city’s part of the MacOrmond…. Snow piling up, not a spot of gravel or sand, definitely no plow!

From Google. "Construction: Graham Construction was involved in the construction of the Chief Mistawasis Bridge as part of the North Commuter Parkway Project. Graham Commuter Partners is responsible for the operations and maintenance of the bridge."

As someone who used to work for Graham for 5 years on multiple waste water treatment plants in Calgary, they take infrastructure real fuckin serious! Our safety standards alone made CoC look like dog shit..

They also maintain Central north of Attridge, its always mint, both the road and the sidewalk, bike paths on both sides. Then I turn onto Fedoruk, maintained by the city and it's a lane and 3/4 and the sidewalk is done a week after it snows

I drive it every day to work, and it honestly is the best kept stretch of road in winter anywhere in Saskatoon.

Can confirm as a resident of evergreen, graham does an excellent job of maintaining their share of Chief Mistawasis

It’s not graham…ASL paving looks after the snow removal

Yes I saw the ASL truck plowing the road but they must be hired by Graham.

Not a waste, but cost more.

Pretty much, yea. They push public funds into the hands of a certain few buddies. We would be better off investing the extra funds in the city infrastructure.
