Issue with freeze jacking?

I've left my wine out in freezing temperatures for all day and night but no ice formed. How cold does it need to be?

It's cold outside but it's not that cold. Thanks, I'll bring it in. At least all the yeast is asleep now lol

Think you would want it to be less than the freezing point for wine however to remove what isn't alcohol so it would be about -5 degrees but might need to experiment ! Best of luck not really sure how it all works 😅

It's like 26 out here so I'm nowhere close. I just assumed if it was below freezing it would just work but I guess not lmao.

It's all the phosphates in it turning the frogs gay or whatever stops water from freezing
