The phone is on a tripod, it was removed after. You can clearly see the places where the tripod legs were and the line on the wall that she forgot to continue

New photoshop? Select > generative fill

Old photoshop? Carefully use clone stamp / healing brush using the sides of the tripod as a reference.

Long strokes with plain wall on the back = healing brush

Short or small movements = clone stamp

Should be easily done with content-aware fill, no need for generative fill. Unless your room is super complicated, or there are multiple reflections etc

If the room is super complicated you could hold the phone up to the mirror to get a clean plate

You can also select a large part of the whole wall off to one side of the tripod and just copy paste it and move it over. And use the arrow keys to get it in the right place.

Set timer and glue the 📱 to the wall.

She kinda held her hand out weird while wearing baggy clothes

You can see the shadow of the tripod handle on the wall

Two photos composed together, one close to the mirror pointing towards where she is, so it will be the "reflected" image, and another from her position, taking the photo of the mirror, then just a simple mask work!

No. There was definitely a tripod that was edited out poorly.
