Discussion Improvement in the WR room
I’ve seen a lot of discussion with questions about Abdul-Carter, and I definitely have no problem with us going Defense in the first or even second round. But I want to remind us all that our current WR room is A completely over performing (for his age) Theilen, Legette who has struggled weekly with atrocious drops, an ancient David Moore, and Coker, who while being an amazing find, is an undrafted rookie. Let’s not neglect this in the offseason.
That being said, what would you think if we went for Tet at pick 6? Or better yet, made a big play for Tee Higgins in free agency? Which is more feesable?

The foundation appears to be set
Honestly, after the first two games of this season, I was out on Bryce, but since he has returned, he’s changed and looking at these stats, I have realized that he is the franchise QB and we all owe an apology to him. These numbers would have him in the top 5-8 QBs in the NFL this year, almost identical to Josh Allen (minus the rush TDs) so.. this makes me happy.
Happy new year to everyone. Keep Pounding

Bryce Young 2025
Bryce Youngs stats since his comeback projected on a full season:
3870 yds 28 TDs 10 INTs
With the worst defense in the league, a lot of injuries and no WR1.
If we give him the no 1 target like Wilson or Higgins and figure out to stay more healthy than this year, I think some stats like this could become reality:
4300 yds 35 TDs 9 INTs
Ladies and Gentlemen, we have a Top-5 Franchise-QB!

PSL purchase
So I’ve been talking to a rep from the panthers ticket office for a few weeks after we were lucky enough to buy some lower level tickets to the cardinals game. Obviously that was an awesome game to see. We can get 4 licenses for 8k each in the zone where we were sitting straight from the panthers. Similar seats, 5 rows up next section over are half off on STR marketplace that is linked on the panthers page. Asked the rep and she told me it was a sketchy marketplace that the ticket office doesn’t work with. Is she just trying to get my commission from selling me basically the same seats for 2x or is STR truly sketch?

Analysis Reliable Hands.
I desperately want XL to take a giant leap next year. Can't have our best WR pushing 35 y/o.

RB is disproportionately important to the way Canales runs an offense and our RB room is disproportionately bad after Hubbard - don’t be surprised if we address the position in free agency or the mid-rounds of the draft.
I’m obviously not suggesting we get Jeanty in the first or shell out for a top free agent or anything, but I think everyone saying “we can ignore RB altogether it’s our best position” is way off base.
Did you not just see how much losing Hubbard ruined our offense? Canales comes from the McVay/Pete Carrol tree, both of whom build the whole offense off the run game. I can’t imagine that Canales and Morgan will be satisfied with Boone and Blackshear being our only insurance.
Also, a 3rd round RB is way more likely to actually contribute to a team than a 3rd round safety or whatever.

Discussion [fball_insights] PFF Passing grades With vs Without Pressure
Bryce Young is a top 5 passing quarterback vs pressure this year per PFF, clean pocket passing could use some work but that could be attributed to poor weapons + passing scheme being hot/cold.
