Weaver too. He gave Cade Jerami Grant and Olynyk his rookie year. Did well towards end of season. His 3rd year (2nd healthy) he gets Bogey. Just Bogey, and G leaguers.

You mean Sean McVay? Jeff Fisher was only the coach for 13 games in Goff's rookie year and, while Case Keenum started 9 of those, it's not really holding a rookie QB back to have them on the bench a bit to learn the most complicated position in sports. I honestly usually agree with the idea of having a rookie QB sit at the start of the season if you can so they can get better adjusted to the league mentally.

McVay was the one who wanted to get rid of him.
