As soon as I read that this subreddit was going on break, I just knew that something big was going to happen during the break, and I was right. R.I.P Jimmy Carter.

He was the first Democrat president to die since LBJ in 1972. Plus any president dying is big news I would say

There was 27 days Harry Truman and LBJ's deaths, and now 52 years (19,335 days) between LBJ and Carter's.

At this rate, Bill Clinton should pass away in the year 39,959 AD, Obama in 1.43 billion years, and Biden sometime after the heat death of the universe.
