The first pic is Alfalfa. The leaves aren’t as big as I would get store bought, any tips? Second pic is my broccoli sprouts on top of a tuna salad.

So these are soilless Sprouts you're growning? Soil and lights, you'd get larger leaves IMO (I have grown both).
