Does anyone know what these symbols mean, couldnt find anything in my car's manual. Car is a Smart EQ Fortwo Coupe

If it’s red it’s alternator and it likes to take the battery down with it. You’ll need to get it to a technician.

Is there one of those little 12v batteries hidden in the car somewhere to keep clocks and stuff remembering things?

Definitely something battery related. Search for battery issues on that car and see what comes up.

But the battery is fully functional, I just charged it full with no issues, also the battery drain is not abnormal or anything
