iPhone 3 photo import Help needed

Hi,

I am trying to import photos from a relatives old device

On the device you can see: - camera roll (500) - Photo library (849) - etc

However when I open it in photos on my MacBook, it only shows the 500 in the camera roll

Does anyone know an easy way to import them?

I really don’t want to spend hours and hours emailing to and from 😂

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Try opening Image Capture on your Mac and importing the photos from there. Do they all appear as expected?
