Anyone switched from Samsung to iPhone? Discussion

Loke the title says, has anyone here owned a Samsung Galaxy before and then switched to iPhone? I'm thinking about doing that, currently have the Galaxy S24 and thinking of getting the iPhone 16 Pro Max, but I want to see if anyone has made a similar change before and what it was like adapting to a phone and system you've not used before.

You say that there is no learning curve but there definitely is as someone who worked as a phone sales there is forsure still are learning curve it's not big but there is especially for the older customers

As someone who just switched from an old OnePlus to a 16 Pro Max, iOS is so intuitive that there really isn't a learning curve if you're even slightly competent with tech, no matter which phone you're coming from.

I agree if you are competent tech wise there really isn't much of a curve but saying the is no curve at all is kinda deceptive. I was saying based off personal experience helping people convert to iPhone that there was a slight learning curve more so with the older customers over the younger ones.

I mean yeah it's not the same OS, so there will always be SOME learning curve... but for the average user it's negligible.

Absolutely for average user it's pretty negligible. I personally would tell people that there may be one depending on how tech savvy they were but it honestly shouldn't be much especially after showing them how to navigate everything
