Thankfully they've been doing that for awhile now. Started with the iPhone 12 Pro models, then the standard 13 models, then the iPad Airs. And now the Mini

Supposedly there's a RAM increase from 4GB to 8GB, but I can't confirm this on Apple's website.

From what I understand AI requires 8GB of ram which supports the likely spec bump. I’m sure this ram upgrade helps the OS all around.
