Never she is one of the if not the strongest Spirit besides the King

I thought that was Loki (Leo) which was why he was able to stay in the human world so long

I think Loke is canonically the strongest of the 12 gold zodiac spirits, but when it comes to actual use, Aquarius is usually the one doing the biggest attacks and winning the fights.

Yes, Loki is the leader of the zodiac and is technically the strongest of them. But in Lucy’s case, as celestial magic is stronger the more powerful a bond is between spirit and summoner, as Aquarius is Lucy’s oldest and closest spirit, that means Aquarius is Lucy’s strongest spirit .
