I still love the idea of a main character dying and then having the same actor return as a different character with different personality and abilities but still very clearly the same actor and nobody says a word.
199 u/Luvnecrosis Dec 18 '22 You forgot one thing: this is a corporate movie to squeeze dollars out of fans and introduce new people. The ideas here would be absolutely amazing but unfortunately people donβt have the courage to try new things anymore 37 u/themarknessmonster Dec 18 '22 Lol recycling actors would be the perfect way to stretch the IP out and make money on it! 34 u/Mad-cat1865 Artificer Dec 18 '22 No, each sequel is the same cast, but playing different characters. 17 u/Zscore3 Dec 18 '22 I have to think that'd be insane fun for the actors. Being able to play all these characters that are totally anti-typecast seems amazing. 2 u/Lampmonster Dec 19 '22 Part of the fun of acting and DnD I guess. My characters vary more in personality than in abilities. 2 u/Lord_Chthulu Dec 19 '22 That's a cool idea but that's just Jumanji now
