Low Carb Fast Food hacks?

I just saw that Taco Bell Chicken Nuggets (10 piece) is 20g carbs compared to 26 for 10 pieces at McDonalds. I may give them a try with 1-2 less units.

Of course 'protein style' (lettuce wrapped) burgers, especially at In n Out are my jam, as is the 'Flying Dutchman: bunless, two patties with grilled onions and cheese between them.

What are yours--say a meal under 30g, or what you think is worth it for the insulin.

I also notice that organic Italian flour in pasta and pizza has far less impact on my blood sugar than US grown commercial flour.

I think the first example depends. Online it says 10 McNuggets is 26g of fat and 410 cals, 26g protein, 26g carbs. For Taco Bell, it says 10 Nuggets is 33g fat, 670 cals, 72g protein, 20g carbs.

So, while it's less carbs at Taco Bell, you're getting more fat and protein (and calories!), which may lead to a longer lasting spike. Just FYI
