My first snow in GA and the birds did not disappoint! Tufted Titmouse and Carolina Chickadee.

I purchased this feeder a little over a month ago and attached it to my kitchen window. At first, I was feeling a bit discouraged since there hadn’t been any activity. But today, while I was painting the laundry room, my son suddenly shouted from the next room, “Dad, look!” For the next 15 minutes, we stood together, watching as different birds flew up to grab a snack. It was such a rewarding moment!

Brown Thrasher Taken in South Florida

I hung up this plant holder and filled it with leaves and pine needles. Then added a suet cake. There is a small basket above it that holds peanuts and any that fall land in this basket. The bluebirds love to sit in it and eat the suet.

We had about 8 of these in the garden this morning (UK), by the time I got my phone out they had mostly gone, any idea what they might be?

This little loggerhead shrike looked quite pleased with its catch to the right, a grasshopper that it impaled on the barbed wire.
