Probably P. spicatus.

Great Burnet, Common Burnet, Greater Burnet, Official Burnet. Literally ran it through an app. Hope this helps.

Sanguisorba officinalis? That's a northern hemisphere species which grows in call cool regions. Cloncurry is not.

Just sharing what it brought up. I'm familiar with Cloncurry. But a botanist I could not be farther from. Hehe.
