Looks an awful lot like Syzygium luehmanii based on the pink new growth and elliptic to lanceolate leaf shape

Bang on, syzygium leuhmanii, the Riberry. My favourite Lily Pily and one of the best fruits!

Yep, Lilly pilly. Acmena not syzygium

In NSW it is still the official name. I agree it should be syzygium but professionals will still say Acmena. Only obsolete when people stop using/understanding it
