Well damn! I apologize, I misunderstood. You are enough! Sometimes losing your shit is ok too. I've never been in your particular situation. I will suggest that we all grieve differently and I can imagine that the grief can be very heavy during this time. Go easy on yourself and hopefully the wife will too
