Not so, virtually identical fools are found in Canada, Australia, Germany, New Zealand, the Netherlands, the UK.... There is even a form of sovict in Russia who insist the USSR is still in operation.

I honestly haven't witnessed it here . Apart from the Victorian and nsw antivaxers.
But it just seems that Americans have this entitlement that they claim to be owed? And a strange interpretation of law? As opposed to "travellers " with fake number plates
