Hording SovCits.. Those poor neighbors.

8

u/Next_Airport_7230 8d ago

But "Muh 4th amendment!!!"

8

u/Tangurena 7d ago

What? They didn't collect any other amendments‽ Or are they buried somewhere under all that "stuff"‽

27

u/Picture_Enough 7d ago

From original video comments:

I've never seen anyone so passionately defend their garbage.

Lol

1

u/Apatharas 3d ago

They've never lived out in sticks lol

u/Idiot_Esq 7d ago edited 7d ago

Are these or Moors who squat worse?

"Where's the paperwork?" Gets handed paperwork. "It don't matter."

Typical SovClown moving of goalposts.

Edit: A warrant only matters to affects on persons, i.e. people are protected by the Constitution. Property does not have the same protections. Your property can be taken/affected without a warrant though there may be civil liabilities or "just compensation" in the case of takings under the 5th.

"I know my rights." Like almost always, the uttering person clearly doesn't.

Edit on the Edit: Good points of this, if you want to skip nearly half an hour of Floridian shouting, the law explained (by AI voice) at 11:32, the woman cuffed at 19:53, and wrap up at 27:31.

12

u/ian9outof10 7d ago

Doing god’s work with the time codes

5

u/whereyouatdesmondo 7d ago

“Floridian shouting” made me laugh

9

u/vibrodude 7d ago

This is a private residence, man.

10

u/DrHugh 7d ago

But was it traveling? ;-)

4

u/GaryG7 6d ago

It's traveling through space.

3

u/writesreads4fun 5d ago

Technically we are all traveling then...

1

u/GaryG7 5d ago

Henry may be traveling on his own well above the Earth's atmosphere.

7

u/Afrokrause 7d ago

Jesus Christ...

I live next to a (claims to be an ex but I have other reservations) meth head. This is exactly how he talks when he's worked up.

14

u/fasada68 8d ago

How did I know this was Florida?

7

u/This-Dude_Abides 7d ago

It's like being assaulted by a tornado of stupidity

6

u/iceph03nix 7d ago

Always a good sign when you're both on first name basis with the cops and they're obviously sick of your shit and doing their best to let you crawl out of the hole you're digging, and you just keep digging

11

u/ClubberLangsLeftHook 8d ago

I wonder if either of those people do any hard drugs?

5

u/mitsuki87 7d ago

I was just coming in here to say this is why we don’t do meth kids

-3

u/goldmask148 7d ago

The constitution says nothing against the freedoms to use whatever recreational drug one wants to consume.

"While Americans drink about 2.3 gallons of alcohol per capita annually today, Americans drank an average of 34 gallons of beer and cider, 5 gallons of distilled spirits, and one gallon of wine per year in 1790.

"In the decades immediately following the American Revolution, Americans drank more alcohol per capita than ever before (or since)."

2

u/bradleybaddlands 4d ago

Because the water would make you sick.

6

u/thelancemann 7d ago

"I need to see a judges signed document"

"You need to read the paper work, it's all here"

" I DON"T CARE"

3

u/Next_Airport_7230 7d ago

They're so dumb that I'm also impressed

8

u/Desperate_Ambrose 7d ago edited 7d ago

One rarely gets to see such pure, unadulterated specimens of white-trash-iness.

But then, this is Florida.

8

u/wojonixon 7d ago

Visit the Indiana town where I grew up. Thy cup will runneth over.

1

u/QuickMasterpiece6127 7d ago

crothersville?

1

u/wojonixon 6h ago

Not that one; Connersville. I think they’re a couple hours apart, but I’d bet a paycheck they’re very similar in a lot of ways…

5

u/netmin33 7d ago

I like how Henry gets subtitles but the woman just keeps blathering nonstop with nothing. Everyone is ignoring her.

2

u/Stargazer1701d 7d ago

My corner of PA has plenty. I don't know if it's so much white trashiness or meth-headiness.

Edit: word added

-9

u/Next_Airport_7230 7d ago

The woman is pretty hot. But they're both stupid. I think the man has like a 55 IQ, not sure how he owns a house. Must just be the drugs taking a toll

7

u/Desperate_Ambrose 7d ago

Yeah, meth is not something to be trifled with.

3

u/AmazingChicken 7d ago

So for all you Yogi Bear fans.... Just a leetle smarter than the average bear. Good thing to remember during cataclysms and national elections.

3

u/Key-Guava-3937 7d ago

Henry, this is case manager Thomas Hines.........................

3

u/Pure-Expression-1420 7d ago

Feel bad for their neighbors and the dog. What do these people do for a living with this mentality? No way they could function at a normal job.

4

u/Swamplust 6d ago

I’m gonna take a guess on either roofing or tree trimming.

2

u/realparkingbrake 7d ago

Hillbillies, ignorant delusional hillbillies.

2

u/ocelotactual 7d ago

Drugs are a helluva drug.

2

u/burnmenowz 7d ago

I couldn't finish watching. I don't condone police brutality, but I would have looked away for 5-10 minutes in this case.

2

u/GaryG7 6d ago

Me: "Yes, your honor. I saw the guy fall on the ground without anybody touching him."

Idiot's lawyer: "He has multiple injuries that our expert says could not have occurred from simply falling."

Me: "He must be clumsy. He fell several times."

1

u/GrandAlternative7454 3d ago

That’s one of those “take of the badge and gun, then it’s just a good ole ass kicking”

2

u/geek66 7d ago

A lifetime of bad choices

2

u/Icy_Environment3663 7d ago

When all the local cops know you by your first name, you are the neighborhood problem.

2

u/theycallmefofinho 6d ago

These are people with mental handicaps. Holy goodness those cops were 1000x more patient than I could have been.

2

u/GaryG7 6d ago

Gags should be standard equipment in all police cars. I'm shocked nobody started the Miranda Rights and emphasized the part about the right to remain silent.

2

u/aPartTimeDM 6d ago

I can smell the meth through the video

2

u/ImNot 6d ago

TLDR:

Search and seizure 4th amendment x 254

Did a judge sign that? X 139

Get off mah property x 1,762

Where’s your supervisor? X 98

2

u/KickstandSF 6d ago

My favorite is her immediate, loud, and authoritative responses to any facts. “You’re being detained.” “No I’m not!”

4

u/mrmarjon 7d ago

America in microcosm: stupid, ignorant, shouty, loudmouths thinking they can do as they please because they’re white and American. 😏

1

u/realparkingbrake 5d ago

America in microcosm: stupid, ignorant, shouty, loudmouths

People with virtually identical beliefs are found in Canada, Australia, the Netherlands, the UK, New Zealand, Germany and so on. This is not a uniquely American problem, not long ago some sovcits in Australia ambushed and killed two cops as well as a neighbor, the crazies are everywhere.

1

u/mrmarjon 1d ago

Didn’t say it was uniquely American. What I said was that it’s America in microcosm.

5

u/Signguyqld49 7d ago

Only in America. What the begurkle is going on in your country?

5

u/OnlyAstronomyFans 7d ago

Australia has a pretty big SovCit movement. America is horrible, but spread that blame around.

2

u/Signguyqld49 7d ago

Aye. But ours are a bit thick..

7

u/realparkingbrake 7d ago

Only in America.

Not so, virtually identical fools are found in Canada, Australia, Germany, New Zealand, the Netherlands, the UK.... There is even a form of sovict in Russia who insist the USSR is still in operation.

1

u/Signguyqld49 7d ago

I honestly haven't witnessed it here . Apart from the Victorian and nsw antivaxers.
But it just seems that Americans have this entitlement that they claim to be owed? And a strange interpretation of law? As opposed to "travellers " with fake number plates

4

u/The_Ineffable_One 7d ago

Stick around; it's all over Oz. You'll see plenty of videos here.

2

u/Idiot_Esq 7d ago

Missed Queen Dildo in Canada?

2

u/realparkingbrake 7d ago

You could spend all day on YouTube watching Australian sovicts many of whom hilariously cite U.S. constitutional law.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vVUMENVPlhs

8

u/Yakostovian 7d ago

Honestly, if we knew, we'd have a properly functioning democracy.

4

u/Signguyqld49 7d ago

Good point. I'm so sorry

2

u/LazarusOwenhart 7d ago

New swear word unlocked!

2

u/rubinass3 7d ago

It's now called Dumbfuckistan.

1

u/fusionsofwonder 7d ago

UK has a bunch who put up signs saying the gas company and police can't come on their property (if you don't pay your gas bill they come by and turn it off).

2

u/bexkali 7d ago

That's amazing.

2

u/GaryG7 6d ago

My brother in law works for a cable company. People in the shittiest houses will have every pay channel and a huge TV. In some of those neighborhoods the guys who handle service cut offs will wear their pole climbing spurs while driving because in the time it would take for them to put them on, people in the neighborhood will gang up on them.

1

u/Writing_is_Bleeding 7d ago

I watched for as long as I could stand it and for what seemed like an eternity, then checked to see if I was anywhere close to the end; 3:55 min. Crap! I haven't even been watching this for 4 minutes??

1

u/hmstanley 7d ago

meth is a hella of a drug

1

u/Randomquestionsihve 6d ago

I wish cops had this much composure and patience while dealing with everyone

1

u/captainmidday 5d ago

We're not "living" in this house, sir. We're inhabiting!

1

u/OkieBobbie 5d ago

I wish they’d cuffed her mouth about 30 seconds in.

1

u/EpicdemicMe 5d ago

So glad I ff a solid 7 minutes I wouldn’t have gotten back. This could have used some serious editing.

1

u/Super-Visor 4d ago

A black man yelling at the cops like that would be arrested or dead.

1

u/BodhisattvaBob 3d ago

This was one of the most amazing videos of this tyoe I've seen, and I'm an attorney that's seen a lot of them.

1

u/clezuck 3d ago edited 3d ago

Please for the love of god, arrest these fuckers!!!! If these people were black, they’d have been in cuffs from the jump.

She’s literally in the background scream Stan my ground, threatening the cops and nothing happens. Gotta love white privilege.

0

u/mahlerlieber 7d ago

She’s amazing. So much talking, so few breaths.

Why don’t the cops just do their job? Why are these videos always so long? Ugh.

1

u/Modern_peace_officer 6d ago

Because people freak out if you actually immediately arrest people.

u/ssmoken 6d ago

Gets more ad revenue when uploaded

0

u/Intelligent_Age_4676 6d ago

We don't own anything, we just lease it from the government.

-10

u/Key-Guava-3937 7d ago

Aside from the meth fueled rant, this is actually a good reminder that nobody actually owns property or their homes, you simply rent it from the government.

5

u/epitrochoidhappiness 7d ago

Ok Henry

2

u/GaryG7 6d ago

You deserve more up votes for that response.
