What? They didn't collect any other amendments‽ Or are they buried somewhere under all that "stuff"‽

From original video comments:
I've never seen anyone so passionately defend their garbage.

Are these or Moors who squat worse?
"Where's the paperwork?" Gets handed paperwork. "It don't matter."
Typical SovClown moving of goalposts.
Edit: A warrant only matters to affects on persons, i.e. people are protected by the Constitution. Property does not have the same protections. Your property can be taken/affected without a warrant though there may be civil liabilities or "just compensation" in the case of takings under the 5th.
"I know my rights." Like almost always, the uttering person clearly doesn't.
Edit on the Edit: Good points of this, if you want to skip nearly half an hour of Floridian shouting, the law explained (by AI voice) at 11:32, the woman cuffed at 19:53, and wrap up at 27:31.

Jesus Christ...
I live next to a (claims to be an ex but I have other reservations) meth head. This is exactly how he talks when he's worked up.

Always a good sign when you're both on first name basis with the cops and they're obviously sick of your shit and doing their best to let you crawl out of the hole you're digging, and you just keep digging

I wonder if either of those people do any hard drugs?

The constitution says nothing against the freedoms to use whatever recreational drug one wants to consume.

"While Americans drink about 2.3 gallons of alcohol per capita annually today, Americans drank an average of 34 gallons of beer and cider, 5 gallons of distilled spirits, and one gallon of wine per year in 1790.
"In the decades immediately following the American Revolution, Americans drank more alcohol per capita than ever before (or since)."

One rarely gets to see such pure, unadulterated specimens of white-trash-iness.
But then, this is Florida.

Not that one; Connersville. I think they’re a couple hours apart, but I’d bet a paycheck they’re very similar in a lot of ways…

I like how Henry gets subtitles but the woman just keeps blathering nonstop with nothing. Everyone is ignoring her.

u/Stargazer1701d 7d ago
My corner of PA has plenty. I don't know if it's so much white trashiness or meth-headiness.
Edit: word added

The woman is pretty hot. But they're both stupid. I think the man has like a 55 IQ, not sure how he owns a house. Must just be the drugs taking a toll

So for all you Yogi Bear fans.... Just a leetle smarter than the average bear. Good thing to remember during cataclysms and national elections.

Feel bad for their neighbors and the dog. What do these people do for a living with this mentality? No way they could function at a normal job.

I couldn't finish watching. I don't condone police brutality, but I would have looked away for 5-10 minutes in this case.

That’s one of those “take of the badge and gun, then it’s just a good ole ass kicking”
2
u/Icy_Environment3663 7d ago
When all the local cops know you by your first name, you are the neighborhood problem.

u/theycallmefofinho 6d ago
These are people with mental handicaps. Holy goodness those cops were 1000x more patient than I could have been.

My favorite is her immediate, loud, and authoritative responses to any facts. “You’re being detained.” “No I’m not!”

America in microcosm: stupid, ignorant, shouty, loudmouths thinking they can do as they please because they’re white and American. 😏

America in microcosm: stupid, ignorant, shouty, loudmouths
People with virtually identical beliefs are found in Canada, Australia, the Netherlands, the UK, New Zealand, Germany and so on. This is not a uniquely American problem, not long ago some sovcits in Australia ambushed and killed two cops as well as a neighbor, the crazies are everywhere.
1
u/mrmarjon 1d ago
Didn’t say it was uniquely American. What I said was that it’s America in microcosm.

u/Signguyqld49 7d ago
Only in America. What the begurkle is going on in your country?

u/OnlyAstronomyFans 7d ago
Australia has a pretty big SovCit movement. America is horrible, but spread that blame around.

u/realparkingbrake 7d ago
Only in America.
Not so, virtually identical fools are found in Canada, Australia, Germany, New Zealand, the Netherlands, the UK.... There is even a form of sovict in Russia who insist the USSR is still in operation.

u/Signguyqld49 7d ago
I honestly haven't witnessed it here . Apart from the Victorian and nsw antivaxers.
But it just seems that Americans have this entitlement that they claim to be owed? And a strange interpretation of law? As opposed to "travellers " with fake number plates4

You could spend all day on YouTube watching Australian sovicts many of whom hilariously cite U.S. constitutional law.

UK has a bunch who put up signs saying the gas company and police can't come on their property (if you don't pay your gas bill they come by and turn it off).
2
u/GaryG7 6d ago
My brother in law works for a cable company. People in the shittiest houses will have every pay channel and a huge TV. In some of those neighborhoods the guys who handle service cut offs will wear their pole climbing spurs while driving because in the time it would take for them to put them on, people in the neighborhood will gang up on them.

I watched for as long as I could stand it and for what seemed like an eternity, then checked to see if I was anywhere close to the end; 3:55 min. Crap! I haven't even been watching this for 4 minutes??

This was one of the most amazing videos of this tyoe I've seen, and I'm an attorney that's seen a lot of them.

She’s amazing. So much talking, so few breaths.
Why don’t the cops just do their job? Why are these videos always so long? Ugh.

Aside from the meth fueled rant, this is actually a good reminder that nobody actually owns property or their homes, you simply rent it from the government.
