Does the way the flag is portrayed have any significance?
3 u/Icy_Environment3663 19d ago It is a variation of the Customs & Revenue Service flag from back around 100 years ago. The US Customs & BP still uses a version of it today. Back in the early 1800s when the US had customs ships that patrolled for smugglers, they flew that flag.
