I love the program so much. I come back every year to it since 2022. Mostly chat based for me more than calls which I love. Hate that we have to use cameras but I deal with it. It’s a great program and if you need assistance there is always quick communications

Can you give me an overview of what you do?

Yea sure! So it’s mainly just helping with password resets, helping people buy TurboTax software or activating theres. Sometimes answering basic tax questions that is really easy to find in knowledge based articles. Everything else above, we transfer it to tier 2 or tax people. After every call or chat, we send a thank you email to them. That’s about it really

Yes we do. Contractors on this program who meet or exceed key metrics earn on average the equivalent of $16-19/hour during PEAK times and $15.60-$17.50/hour during non-peak times. Peak rates apply January - April.

I worked at TurboTax through concentrix back in 2019 and it was a nightmare. I got mostly calls the year I worked they just started offering chat so it wasn’t often you’d get a chat. You get fired if you don’t get enough customer surveys filled out. You’ll also get fired if you can’t close enough cases which was hard when 90 year old people would call in and accidentally hang up on you so you can’t close the case since there was no confirmed solution.
