Hmmm, reminds me of the stuff that appears in water with ice from the fridge. Which is normal and safe but not sure Does your water have a filter? Is it straight tap?

After or before?

Also stop drinking tap water it’s absolutely terrible for you. Fluoride is enough of a reason. Might sound privileged but drink at least bottled spring water, glass bottles if possible. Best case scenario get a proper filter such as reverse osmosis.

People act as if spending money on your water is such a ridiculous thing but it’s literally the most vital part of human life besides oxygen. Tap water everywhere in the USA has dangerous levels of chemicals such as Arsenic, lead, radium etc.

Yeah that’s no good, stop drinking the the tap and get bottled water until you get a great filter.

Also call your local water services/landlord and demand they come out and check it.

Fluoride in tap water isn't bad for you and bottled water has microplastics. It's also horrible for the environment. Not sure where you're buying water in glass bottles.

Just install a filter or RO system if you don't have good tap water where you live

Whole Foods, fry’s (local), AJs (local), so many places.

Also I did a research paper in college about fluoride in water, couple quick facts. Fluoride in water is directly linked to reduced IQ. It also causes easier bone fractures/breaks.

This is not a conspiracy theory, nazis put huge amounts of fluoride in the ghettos tap water, where they held Jewish people before they were taken to the concentration camps.

Go ahead defend something that does no good, just use fluoride toothpaste like I do.

Did you use cold water and boil it, or did you use hot water out of the tap to boil? Some people use hot water because it boils faster, not realizing that it can be loaded with contaminants from the water heater.

i used cold water, from my perspective off camera it looked like little fibers. im gonna boil water again today and observe it just because i live in an apartment and i dont want other people to possibly get sick from it. it really could just be calcium or something but my pot always is slimy and redish after i pour the water out and i feel like that part is probably abnormal
