Hi! I have a room available at the Capri woodside manor on Harris street right across from campus. Move in January 2025. It’s a 4 bed 2 bath with 3 female roommates. Rent is $700 and utilities are $50 which also includes wi-fi. Fully furnished unit with laundry in the building. Unit has heating/ac in each room and a balcony.

Must be a female. The roommates are students and would prefer another student or someone in the 18-24 age range.

The roommates are all creative people and majoring in art, ethnic studies, and psychology
