Am I cooked?
I applied to UO for EA in late October. My grades are pretty good, 4.14 weighted, 3.76 unweighted, and a 27 on the ACT(Not as good). I have not heard back yet, but I did have to correct my SRAR, which I corrected and made sure I'm still considered for EA. My brother, with very similar grades and a lower ACT score, got accepted a couple of weeks ago. I'm stressing that I will not get accepted due to how long it's taking(I know the decision release deadline is December 13 or 15), but UO is my top school for a realistic chance of getting in(Cal Poly and UT Austin as my super reaches). I'm probably psyching myself out, but I've heard a ton of other applicants are getting accepted already. Is UO waiting to release the rejection letters by the deadline? Am I just an impatient guy? Damn it I'm spiraling. Thanks for any advice!

I didn’t do SAT or ACT, no AP, 3.6 GPA and got in. I know people with way way way worse that got in

Any monkey can get into this university. With a GPA of 3.76, you have a higher chance of the pope becoming your uncle than getting rejected

Just be patient got in mid november EA, same gpa as you. The SRAR correction prolly just slowed the overall process.

I submitted the day of the deadline for EA and got in the 22nd of november. I have a 4.49 weighted and submitted with no SAT. Pretty sure the SRAR issue is what delayed everything but im not sure.

You’ll probs get in tbh, they rarely reject people unless ur gpa is absolutely ass… even then tbh. I didn’t do any ACT or SAT stuff and I got accepted.. so I’d take a deep breath if I were you.

Until the deadline they do rolling admissions so it’s a first come first served review of admissions, your application was probably just lower on the list than his

They took the longest to respond out of all the schools in Oregon last year. My daughter got in with identical GPA to you. And no ACT

3.76? You’ll be fine. Just be patient.
