Hi, I’m looking for someone to take over my lease in a fully furnished 1 bedroom/1 bath in 4 bedroom/4 bath unit at 2125 Franklin. Rent is $799/month from January 1 2025 - August 31 2025. I’m moving out of Eugene in mid-December. The apartment is modern and is fully furnished, kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher,  in-unit washer and dryer, 10 minute walk to UO campus.

I'm interested in this, how would the fees and such work? Would the person taking it over have to pay a deposit? Is January and February free because you have already paid for it? Just looking for more info.

Is this one of those places where the room is like a studio and the 4 studios share a kitchen space? What is parking like?

No, a deposit is not necessary. Fees for utilities, such as water, are between $25 and $30 per month, depending on how much power is being used. January and February are free because I am trying to compete with the promotions on 2125 Franklin's website. That means I will send you a check for $2000 when you take over the lease. Each room has a bathroom, and the four tenants share the kitchen space. As for parking I prefer parking on the street but there is a garage for two different prices (although there may not be any spots left in the garage): Garage parking/$105 per month and premium parking for $115 per month. Let me know if you need any additional information.
