Is this any good?

I like the shape and the "tactical" handle is different but i like it.

How is the build Quality?

Honshu tend to have strong, but heavy blades. They don't have much of any distal taper so they're more forward heavy than they should be, but they're also strong and can stand up to abuse. The weight is less of a problem if you're using both hands but they're still heavier than a sword of comparable size should ideally be.

Warning about the pommel though, they're threaded on with a little threaded rod section at the end of the (otherwise rather robust) tang so if you are abusive with it it's most likely to break there. The threaded section can be rewelded on and reinforced if that happens, but it's something to know. Mine hasn't broken off but I also don't abuse or torture test my swords as a rule and only cut reasonable targets.

Lots of people don't like the tactical hard plastic grips but you can remove them and make your own if it bothers you.

It will also come with the Honshu logo etched or laser engraved on the bottom of the blade on one side (as pictured). If that doesn't bother you then it's fine. If you think it looks tacky (like I do) you can remove it by sanding and polishing that area of the blade.
