What about that mars probe?

NASA were using metric, Lockheed were using imperial, and the realisation wasn't made until the probe ended up likely shooting out of orbit and has vanished completely. 1 u/431854682 Feb 16 '16 And it happened because they mixed up celsius and fahrenheit? 4 u/Furah Feb 16 '16 Lockheed used miles, NASA used kilometres.
